Shipping policy

At Forever Home Goods, we’re dedicated to getting your items to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process and what to expect once your order is on its way.

Shipping Time

  • In-Stock Items: Ship within 1-7 business days 
  • Transit Time: Please allow an additional 2-15 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be process the following business day.

Shipping Rates (Contiguous U.S.)

  • calculated at checkout - estimated depending on destination
    (many of our items ship FREE)

    We aim to fulfill orders via the carrier and method selected at checkout; occasionally we may use an alternative carrier or method depending on fulfillment and destination locations and/or carrier availability. Provided tracking will clearly indicate any changes. 

 

Receiving Your Delivery

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive:

  • If your delivery shows signs of damage or the item is defective, please refuse the delivery and contact us within 48 hours at support@foreverhomegoods.com or (213) 685-4004.
  • If damage is discovered after accepting delivery from UPS, USPS, or FedEx, notify us within 2 business days of the delivery date.
  • We require photos of the damage to begin processing a return or replacement.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is missing an item or includes the wrong item, please contact our Client Services team within 2 business days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but has not arrived:

  • Double-check your surroundings and check with neighbors or household members.
  • While Forever Home Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, we’ll gladly assist you in filing a trace or claim with the carrier.

Unclaimed or Refused Shipments

Orders that are refused or not claimed at the time of delivery are not considered canceled. These returns will be subject to applicable return shipping and restocking fees. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
